Our experienced trainers and supervisors bring strong backgrounds in evidence-based psychodynamic and relational thinking and provide personalized guidance to help trainees deepen their skills develop core competencies. In addition to individual supervision, trainees participate in group consultation and ongoing didactic training, with opportunities to engage in theory focused discussions and reading groups that enrich clinical understanding.

Ideal candidates have an appreciation for complex conceptualization of human experience, an interest in understanding and working with transference and countertransference in the therapeutic process, and a dedication to understanding their personal subjectivity as it manifests in therapeutic engagement.
