Couples Therapy
We believe that our difficulties in relationships can provide tremendous energy for growth and healing. Whether it's a recently surfaced issue or a long-standing pattern that has you feeling stuck, we help couples hear one another, find movement, and grow.

Group Therapy
SAFE DIALOGUES GROUP

This is a group for people with loved ones who are struggling with substances. The group will focus on building safe dialogue, information exchange, communication skills, compassionate boundary setting, and ways to cultivate self-support in the face of relationship stress.
​​
The group consists of eight 75 or 90 minute sessions and will have closed enrollment. That is, once we have our core group it will stay consistent until we complete eight sessions.

SOCIAL ANXIETY GROUP
​
Social Anxiety can be frustrating, overwhelming, and is often misunderstood. Join our supportive therapy group for adults struggling with social anxiety. Connect with others who truly "get it" and learn powerful strategies to overcome your challenges.
In our group you will:

Find comfort and understanding: Share your experiences and learn from others in a safe, confidential space.

Explore the roots of your anxiety: Gain deeper insights into the thoughts and patterns driving your anxiety.

Develop coping skills: Discover tools to manage anxiety, address negative self-talk, and build confidence.

Boost self-esteem and self-compassion: Learn to be kinder to yourself and navigate social situations with more ease.

Discover your authentic self: Cultivate greater self-awareness and feel more comfortable in your own skin.

Small group size: 6-8 participants

Weekly sessions: 12 weeks for lasting change.

Flexible payment options: Use insurance or pay $35 per session. Sliding scale available.

We provide limited consultation to individuals or couples seeking help with a specific issue or concern.
